Fighters Only: With issues released in Canada, USA, UK and Germany every month, Fighters Only is the biggest MMA magazine in publication currently (has been putting out issues since 2005). Intelligent articles and attractive pictorials all come together in a cohesive and well put together magazine.
Fight! Magazine: Relatively new magazine (began publishing issues in late 2007), exclusive features on fighters, comprehensive coverage of events, tutorials and nutrition for fighters as well as articles on historical, behind the scenes and psychological aspects of fighting. Includes attractive layout, interesting photographs as well as established guest writers. (Sam Sheridan frequently writes for them as well.)
UFC Magazine: The newest and potentially most damaging magazine (as well as potentially successful) in the game. The UFC Magazine is organized well, features stunning and exclusive pictorials, analysis and interviews. If the magazine takes off, it could potentially monopolize the MMA publication world because it could make UFC related content exclusive to their own magazine. Subscriptions are not yet available, but they have announced a bi-monthly publication schedule. The first of these issues is on stands now.
* Note: In my opinion. Pretty much avoid all others. They’re generally not worth the 6 dollars they ask you to pay.
